Product Introduction
The heat pipe air conditioning system in the base station room perfectly integrates heat pipe heat exchange and active compression refrigeration technology, achieving efficient and energy-saving operation. When the heat pipe system is in operation, the cold outdoor air is introduced into the heat pipe heat exchanger through an induced draft fan for energy exchange. Then, the hot air from the machine room is introduced into the heat pipe heat exchanger through the forced draft fan for heat exchange and sent to the communication room for cooling treatment. This reduces the operating time of the compressor, prolongs its service life, saves operating and maintenance costs, and achieves the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction. The energy efficiency ratio of air conditioning is around 3.0, and the energy efficiency ratio of heat pipe heat exchange is around 8.
When the weather is relatively hot, run the air conditioning function. When the weather is relatively cool (with a temperature difference of 6 ℃ between the inside and outside), run the heat pipe function. The intelligent controller can intelligently judge the operation of the air conditioning and heat pipe. Widely used in communication base stations, computer rooms, IDC data centers, containerized shelters, and other occasions that require heat dissipation.
