1. Product Introduction

Sprayed polymer anti condensation and blocking material product is a new type of innovative anti condensation and blocking material developed to support uninterrupted operation. It is specifically used for blocking the bottom of outdoor network cabinets and distribution room walls in substations. It has the characteristics of simple construction, high safety, fire and moisture prevention, fast surface drying, foaming, good sealing, and higher adhesion.

2、 Product characteristics of spray sealing materials

Safety: Waterproof, moisture-resistant, small animal resistant, and flame retardant.
Adhesion: After spraying, the concrete, PVC, metal steel plate, and galvanized aluminum plate are fully bonded. Durability: After solidification, it will not deform, deteriorate, crack, or collapse easily.
Weather resistance and corrosion resistance: low smoke and corrosion resistance.
Sturdy structure: Strong molecular closed cell matrix structure, with toughness after forming and not easy to break or fall off. Simple operation: convenient construction, the surface of the cabinet can be cleaned and sprayed.

3、 Application method of spray sealing material

1. Composition and model of spray coating material: The spray coating polymer anti condensation material is a polymer active material, and the product material is divided into A group (black) and B group (yellow), both of which are liquid;
2. Measurement of volume and weight: Measure the size of the spraying area, using approximately 2 kilograms to 2.5 kilograms of A+B material per square meter. The specific usage depends on the construction thickness;
3. Spray points: Shake the construction materials evenly before use, load the materials onto the sprayer, and spray them on the working surface;
4. Gel and curing: after spraying the spray type anti condensation plugging material, the starting time is 2-3s; Gel time: 60s; Surface drying time: ≤ 60min; Complete hardening after 3 hours;

4、 Application scope of spray sealing materials

      The main principle of fire prevention for sealing materials is to minimize the ignition rate of the cabinet as much as possible before a fire occurs; When a fire occurs, it can block the spread of flames, temperature, and smoke for a certain period of time, limit the accident to a very small range, and strive for more time for emergency rescue to minimize accident losses as much as possible.

5、 Construction operation process

2. Construction process

(1) Remove dust, debris, and water stains from the bottom of the cabinet, as well as the cables and brackets, and keep them dry. (If the sealing condition at the bottom of the cabinet is good, spraying operations can be carried out directly)
(2) If there is severe corrosion at the bottom of the cabinet, use flame-retardant boards to make templates. The installation of templates should consider the position of cable penetration and reserve holes. Fix light steel angle iron on the foundation surface of the building structure as horizontal fixation and support, and install formwork. Fill the gaps around the template with fireproof adhesive or fireproof mud tightly, and stick the gaps on the bottom surface of the template with carpet tape or aluminum foil tape to avoid material leakage. (After completing the sealing operation, the spraying operation can proceed)
