3、 Application method of spray sealing material
- Composition and model of spray coating material: The spray coating polymer anti condensation material is a polymer active material, and the product material is divided into A group (black) and B group (yellow), both of which are liquid;
- Measurement of volume and weight: Measure the size of the spraying area, using approximately 2 kilograms to 2.5 kilograms of A+B material per square meter. The specific usage depends on the construction thickness;
- Spray points: Shake the construction materials evenly before use, load the materials onto the sprayer, and spray them on the working surface;
- Gel and curing: after spraying the spray type anti condensation plugging material, the starting time is 2-3s; Gel time: 60s; Surface drying time: ≤ 60min; Complete hardening after 3 hours;

The main principle of fire prevention for sealing materials is to minimize the ignition rate of the cabinet as much as possible before a fire occurs; When a fire occurs, it can block the spread of flames, temperature, and smoke for a certain period of time, limit the accident to a very small range, and strive for more time for emergency rescue to minimize accident losses as much as possible.

2. Construction process
(1) Remove dust, debris, and water stains from the bottom of the cabinet, as well as the cables and brackets, and keep them dry. (If the sealing condition at the bottom of the cabinet is good, spraying operations can be carried out directly)
(2) If there is severe corrosion at the bottom of the cabinet, use flame-retardant boards to make templates. The installation of templates should consider the position of cable penetration and reserve holes. Fix light steel angle iron on the foundation surface of the building structure as horizontal fixation and support, and install formwork. Fill the gaps around the template with fireproof adhesive or fireproof mud tightly, and stick the gaps on the bottom surface of the template with carpet tape or aluminum foil tape to avoid material leakage. (After completing the sealing operation, the spraying operation can proceed)

6、 Precautions for spraying sealing materials
- Construction precautions: Spraying in a confined space should strictly comply with safety construction regulations, and do a good job in personal protection and construction safety warnings;
- Storage conditions for polymer anti condensation spray sealing materials: They should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to prevent water and moisture from entering the packaging. Before use, ensure that the temperature of the component is greater than 15 ℃, and the base temperature is not less than 5 ℃, to avoid rain and direct sunlight;
- During construction, avoid water ingress into the opened components. Once opened, it must be used as soon as possible;
- During construction, avoid water ingress from the sealing operation surface and keep it dry;
- The construction temperature ranges from 5 ℃ to 30 ℃. If the temperature exceeds this range, please contact the manufacturer for construction;
