On ordinary concrete floors and hardened concrete floors with various curing agent products, use a steel knife or key to scratch, and compare the scratch effect of different curing agent floors with the original concrete floor scratch. If the scratch is shallow or there are no scratches, it indicates that the curing agent product is good, and vice versa, it is not good and has no effect.
A Simple Test Method for Judging the Quality of Curing Agents
(1) Test hardness
On ordinary concrete floors and various different typescuring agentOn the hardened concrete floor of the product, use a steel knife or key to scratch it separately. Compare the scratch effect of different curing agents on the floor with the original concrete floor scratch. If the scratch is shallow or there are no scratches, it indicates that the curing agent product is good, otherwise it is not good and has no effect.
(2) Test sealing
Because the sealing directly determines whether the concrete continues to alkalize and weather, dust, prevent pollution and seepage, whether it is easy to clean, and its service life. After the construction is completed, directly drip water on the surface of the floor for testing. The rounder and fuller the water can form beads, the better the sealing performance. This type of curing agent product is good, not easy to form beads, easy to disperse, not full, and has poor sealing performance. This type of curing agent is ineffective.
(3) Observe brightness and transparency
After the concrete floor is treated with a curing agent, the surface of the cured floor can be observed with the naked eye. The more light the ground reflects, the more uniform it is, and the brighter its luster. This indicates that the curing agent reacts with the concrete to produce more and more crystals, which are more compact. This type of curing agent is a good curing agent. The poor curing agent produces very few crystals, and the reflected light on the floor surface is less, uneven, and lacks brightness.
Construction process of curing agent flooring
1. Grassroots treatment
Firstly, use professional cleaning tools to clean the debris and dust on the ground. Then, knock off some loose parts of the ground, and repair some potholes and sand holes on the ground with cement mortar and floor repair agent. Grind the surface using diamond discs in sequence, clean the surface thoroughly using a uniform cross method, and then use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the ground.
2. Initial curing
After grinding the diamond pieces, the ground shall be kept clean and dry, and then the user's professional automatic spray or roller shall be used to spray the concrete sealing curing agent to the ground evenly. It takes about two hours for the entire ground to remain wet, so that the curing agent can fully penetrate the ground. After the curing agent dries for twelve hours, it is then transported and ground in a cross cutting manner using professional resin grinding discs until no scratches or scratches are visible on the ground or when the cement is polished. After dust removal, the ground can be dried.
3. Secondary curing
After the initial curing and drying, the professional spray or roller shall be used again to evenly spray the curing agent material onto the ground to keep it wet. After waiting for two hours, the professional high polishing pad shall be used to quickly cross grind the ground, and then the residual materials on the ground shall be removed. After grinding, the ground shall be cleaned.
4. Corner treatment
For wall corners or column corners, it is necessary to use a portable angle grinder to grind them, and the finished product may have a slightly worse effect than large-scale construction. Then, use a multi-functional floor scrubber or polishing machine with a cleaning pad to dry and polish normally, and use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust.
