I: Clearing the ground

　　Clean the floor with a broom or wash the floor thoroughly with water in order to dirt on the concrete floor. If the ground foundation is not good, you need to use sandpaper to sand off the loose layer of the concrete surface and clean the ground, pouring concrete must undergo a conservation period before construction, holes and cracks should be repaired using epoxy resin and quartz mortar.

　　II: Substance penetration

　　Seal the concretecuring agentThe material is mixed with water in the ratio of 1:4 and the material with good ratio is sprinkled evenly on the floor after it is completely dry. During the penetration process, push the material evenly with a mop or squeegee so that the material penetrates into the concrete. Need to remind again, before loading the material, please make sure the ground is completely dry so that the ground can absorb the material completely. The soaking time of the material is usually 2-3 hours, which can be adjusted according to the actual condition of the ground.

　　III: Penetration Polishing

　　failcuring agentWhen the concrete reacts to drying, use a resin polishing pad instead of a sander and start sanding the floor to help it absorb the curing agent material. If the ground moisture is not enough, then you can add the right amount of curing agent material. During the polishing process, take care to polish evenly and not miss any spots. You can use a hand sander to polish corners and other difficult spots horizontally and vertically. After polishing, use an industrial vacuum cleaner to clean the floor. It should be reminded that after 80% reaction drying, the curing agent and flooring can be polished when the reaction is 80% dry and not completely dry. Then sprinkle the material and polish the floor with 100 mesh and 200 mesh resin polishing pads to help the floor absorb the hardener material. Take care to cross-polish horizontally and vertically so as not to miss any corners. Use an industrial vacuum cleaner to clean the floor after each polishing.

　 IV: Staining

　　After completing the 200 grit sandpaper sanding and cleaning, dry the floor and begin staining. Note: If the ground foundation is good, it can be colored by polishing to 200 mesh. Usually, it is necessary to polish the ground foundation to 500 grit before applying the dye, please refer to the actual condition of the ground. During the coloring process, apply the dye horizontally and vertically using a roller. Attention is paid to even coating, i.e., the material gathers in low-lying areas, and a roller needs to be used to spread the material around. It is important to remember that the floor must be completely dry before the floor is stained so that the floor absorbs the material completely.

　　V: Preliminary Polishing

　　After completing the 500 grit sandpaper sanding, please replace the sander with a 1000 grit resin sanding wheel. In the sanding process, no material water, direct dry grinding, pay attention to cross sanding can be. Before grinding, clean up the grinding disk, it is recommended to use a new grinding disk for grinding, after polishing, clean the floor with an industrial vacuum cleaner.

　　VI: Complete polishing

　　After completing the 1000 mesh polishing, use a spray bottle or sprayer to spray the brightener on the floor and then push it away with a clean mop. After the brightening agent penetrates for 20-30 minutes, use the abrasive disc with 2000 mesh or more for full polishing, and the effect will be better with high speed polishing machine.
