  In order to prevent dampness, it is necessary to cut off the entry of moist air. Polymer moisture-proof sealing agents should be applied to the bottom of the cabinet before use or during renovation to cut off the circulation path of cold and hot air. This can avoid moisture, and even without moisture, condensation will not occur naturally. In addition, it can also prevent small animals from invading and causing damage to power equipment.

  The new polymer moisture-proof sealing agent material has outstanding aging resistance, a linear shrinkage rate of 0.3%, a waterproof grade of 3 days, and a moisture heat resistance of 120 hours. After the packaging layer is formed, it can prevent small animals from entering the cabinet from the source, and has no dead corners or corrosion to the cabinet, cable sleeves, cement materials, and metal materials. It has long-term protection and does not show cracking, faulting, pulverization, or falling phenomena. It is a block material for bidding by State Grid and South Grid.

  How to construct polymer moisture-proof sealing agent

  1. Cleaning the working area surface and making installation templates can serve as temporary limiters on corrugated cardboard, wooden boards, PVC boards, etc.

  2. The polymer moisture-proof sealing agent flows out of the nozzle. Block the nozzle with silver tape, fireproof mud, hot melt adhesive, etc., and organize the wiring.

  3. Mix the polymer moisture-proof sealing agent with a flashlight for 20-30 seconds to prevent settlement, and then mix agent b into agent a for about 60 seconds to construct in the target area. The normal operating time of the polymer moisture-proof sealing agent is 30-40 minutes (adjustable) and can be automatically leveled; If the box area is large, a knife or brush can also be used to increase the flying speed of the sealant.

  4. After the grouting construction is completed, wait for the sealant to vulcanize and form. The pre vulcanization forming time is 1.5-2 hours, and the complete vulcanization forming time is 24 hours.

  Note: During construction, please pay attention to sealing the leakage port to avoid wastage of sealant material leakage. Environmental temperature and humidity affect the operation time of the sealant. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct a small test before use. If the operation time needs to be extended, please adjust the proportion of agent B to 10:0.8 and control it above 0.7 to avoid affecting the vulcanization effect.
