How to do waterproof sealing for cables and wires in the distribution room when entering the house

At present, embedding steel pipes in the wall at the entrance of cables is a common method of cable waterproofing and sealing. When laying cables, large cross-section cables can be individually threaded through a single steel pipe. Waterproofing and sealing of cables is relatively simple and easy, and the effect of waterproofing and sealing can meet the design requirements. However, a few or even dozens of small cross-section cables can be threaded into their own steel pipe, The sealing between cables and their development has become a quite thorny issue, often leading to water seepage or leakage. Once the rainwater in the cable trench is not drained smoothly, the rainwater system will flow back along the cable trench, which is easily caused by the transformation and distribution room

  By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used cable waterproof sealing for indoor waterproofing in distribution rooms, a new treatment method is proposed: using an inflatable cable sealing device.

  Application of inflatable cable sealing device in waterproof sealing of cables in distribution rooms:

   Root cable duct sealing: Install corresponding specifications of inflatable sealing products at the pipe mouth, push the product in (20mm away from the pipe mouth) and place it. The product is tightly attached to the inner wall of the pipeline to form a circular shape, and then inflated and pressurized to complete the sealing installation.

   Multiple cables for pipeline sealing: The specific method is almost the same as the operation method of the cable system, and the waterproof cable sealing clip is used to seal the small gaps between the cables. Inflation and compression molding can complete sealing installation.

  No cable duct sealing: The inflatable sealing product duct installation is empty, without good packaging, and the expansion on both sides is not synchronized, which is easy to cause expansion due to loose filling. The problem is solved by supporting fake cable poles.

  Analysis of the advantages of waterproof sealing of sealed cables:

  1.The installation method is relatively simple, which can be achieved with ordinary compressed air. Not affected by on-site hydroelectric power generation and other environmental aspects. Installation can be achieved under the condition of water pipes.

  2. Quick installation, single person can complete the operation in 5 minutes. Shorten the construction period and save costs.

  3. It is easy to dismantle for maintenance and management, and the product can be taken out by releasing air and pressure, without causing serious damage to the inner wall of the enterprise pipeline and the development of the wrapped cables.

  4. Good sealing effect. After the product installation is completed, the air and water channels are completely isolated. Keep the pipeline dry and clean. It is recommended to separate the indoor and outdoor sides.

  5. When the working temperature difference is large between -15 ℃ and 60 ℃, the airbag and waterproof sealing material will not age

  6. It has strong corrosion resistance to weakly acidic and alkaline wastewater.

  7. The flexible sealing technology adopted ensures the formation of a buffer zone between the pipe mouth and the cable, avoiding potential wear caused by low-frequency vibration and cable movement between cable trays. The expanded surface has a certain degree of elasticity and is not easily bitten by small animals.
