  At present, there is an inflatable flexible closure device that has a particularly good sealing effect on the wall casing. The inflatable cable duct sealing bag is a flexible sealing device that can not only solve the problem of waterproof sealing and leakage blocking of cables passing through wall casing pipes, but also block open flames, prevent rodents and ants from gnawing, and prevent small animals from damaging. At the same time, it has strong adaptability and can resist low-frequency vibrations generated during cable operation, effectively protecting cables and avoiding pipeline damage.

  The core component of the inflatable cable duct sealing bag, the "inflatable pipe plug", is made of aluminum foil composite material. Apply waterproof adhesive on both sides of the plug. When the air pressure of the plug reaches 2.6-2.8 kg, the gap between the plug and the cable is completely filled, achieving a complete sealing effect. The inner side of the inflation tube plug inflation hole is equipped with silicone material. When air is filled and the inflation tube is removed, the self charging performance of the silicone material can immediately block the inflation hole, ensuring that the gas will not leak.

  Another situation is that when there is seepage or a large amount of water accumulation in the reinforced concrete structure and leakage points, or the concrete structure is poor and it is not suitable to directly use the plugging method, the measures of plugging and drainage in the cable waterproof sealing will be adopted.

  Sealing and drainage method:

  (1) Waterproof sealing and drainage methods for various longitudinal seams or transverse (circumferential) cables

   In various longitudinal or transverse (circumferential) construction joints, in the already cut groove, a layer of 3-5mm thick non-woven fabric is first laid on the bottom layer to prevent sand, stone chips, and soil from flowing into the groove. A layer of 2mm thick PVC plastic board is laid on the PVC board or directly placed in the groove, and the PVC plastic board has a drainage groove or a drainage belt wrapped in non-woven fabric. This method uses fast setting grouting blocks and compresses the upper part to quickly squeeze the waterproof grouting into the concrete groove wall and cracks, and uses grouting to block the seepage joints, forcing the seepage water to return to the artificial drainage site. It needs to be layered and blocked to prevent water from being discharged from the coal seam. This method has been widely used due to its good performance and durability.

  (2) Drainage method for arch or roof joint

   In arches or roofs, when the leakage points are concentrated, the leakage amount is large, and the leakage is rapid, hard plugging should not be used, mainly for drainage. Otherwise, hard plugging will squeeze water elsewhere, and thin structure leakage will cause maintenance difficulties.

   The hole should be flanged into a trumpet shape, with small inside and outside and large outside. Then, the corresponding amount of water seepage should be selected based on the water seepage of the PVC hose. Exposed hoses must be guided along the concrete channel wall (twice the diameter of the hose) to the side wall drainage channel. This method is suitable for concentration points.
